Faritec averts suspension

Financials posted tomorrow.

Dear Moneyweb

I'm afraid it seems that Faritec will be suspended come Feb 1 and they have still not published their financial results for June 2009 year-end.  I have a number of shares in Faritec, which I am considering flogging this week, even though it means I would take a 25% loss!  Sad.

Though I feel that all may not be lost...if/when they do publish their financial results, would this mean that the JSE (JSE:JSE) would "unsuspend" them, and trading in their shares may continue after such "unsupension" - or is "unsuspension" not as simple as this?  Or does suspension really mean that the company gets delisted and shareholders have no hope of recovering any value?
