Christiaan (Tiaan) is a certified business rescue and turnaround practitioner. He has over 17 years of management consulting experience, during which time he has helped a significant number of struggling businesses to dramatically change their fortunes and avoid bankruptcy. Tiaan specialises in delivering rapid performance improvements to companies facing substantial operational and financial challenges, including complex liquidity and balance sheet issues. His rescue/turnaround philosophy rests upon three fundamental pillars: Reset, Transform, and Sustain.
