SA’s gold medal winning Olympic rowing coach shares tip for success.

Roger Barrow, South Africa’s national rowing coach, was recently named World Rowing Coach of the year.

With his guidance, members of the national rowing team won a gold medal at the 2012 Olympic Games in London and silver medal in Rio in 2016. 

In this video, Roger shares tips on achieving success with limited resources as well as lessons that corporates can take from the South African rowing team’s experiences.
