DEALING IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR OF ASTORIA
Raclaud (Pty) Ltd (‘Raclaud’), an associate of Darryl Kaplan (who is a director of Astoria), holds shares in Astoria
through a Note Structure managed under a non-discretionary mandate. On 9 November 2018, an instruction was
erroneously executed by the broker of Raclaud to sell 1 549 shares in Astoria to cover annual fees in respect of the Note
Structure. Darryl Kaplan was only notified of the dealing by the broker on 13 March 2019.
Shareholders are accordingly advised that following the sale as set out hereunder, Darryl’s total indirect shareholding
in Astoria is 50 751 ordinary shares.
