Sasha has a degree in journalism and economics and joined the Financial Mail in the late nineties as an IT reporter. Says she: “In those days we thought IT would take over the world. But following the crash I had to reinvent myself fast and emerged as a health and education reporter”. Sasha took over a spin-off product for the Financial Mail, a magazine insert called Innovations. This was not profitable and it was dropped it. She then spent some time as the FM’s retail editor. Sasha joined Moneyweb as a journalist with a focus on company reporting.
