Hip hip hooray yes African Bank has transformed a great deal and they are finaly catching with the other bigger banks more competion, transformation is a good thing that had to happen but i would like to know as a huge corp there are alot of players with in the bank that has to make a well oiled machine run but in order for this to happen all parties need to be on board from the top right down to the bottom in all aspects, what are they doing about companies they deal with that are exploiting their employees, forcing them to work for sick money in todays economy every one should gain, most specifically the It department i think they should go under curatorship as well as there are alot of labour related infringements and possibly some corruption still lingering and my suggestion would be call them in and speak to the employees and not the employers and you will find out a lot of irregularites. These people play a big role in the banks success so should they also not gain as well not directly from the bank but from the employers as they are reaping all the benifits and giving their employees the scraps that done even last a week. Food for thought!!!!!!!

End of comments.
