Curro headline earnings jump on higher learner intake

The private school group now has plans on opening a school focused on vocational training.

JSE-listed private education player, Curro Holdings, released their interim financial results on Wednesday. For the six months ended June, the company reported revenue up 19%, just shy of R1.5 billion. Curro also grew its learner base by 13% to 57 173 students during this period.
