Purple Group i.e. EasyEquities has been one of the stellar performers of the lockdown period. Berated by institutional investors (much like USA Robinhood) claiming day traders are losing money but this has broad mass appeal! Real long term potential here especially with the synergy with Capitec.

What I love about EE is that one is allowed to buy only part of a share. You do not have to be a millionaire to own shares. Little as R50 is enough to open an account.

EasyEquities just need to sort out their customer support, any support request beyond the basics takes forever to get resolved. I hope they make some improvements in that department.
Another thing that would bring extra peace of mind is if they did some ISO compliance certifications for their systems, e.g. ISO 27001 certification.
