Lauren joined CEB, now Gartner, in 2014 and is currently a managing consultant within the talent solutions practice. Previous roles were held at Deloitte Consulting, JvR Consulting as well as various internal Human Capital roles. Lauren is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a practicing Industrial Psychologist.
During her career in human capital, both from an internal and consulting perspective, she has gained exposure to all elements of the employee lifecycle. She has a particular focus on HR transformation and strategy; talent and performance management; psychometric and skills assessment; learning and development; as well as organisational design and development.
