Court postpones Duduzane Zuma culpable homicide case

Until August 23.

A South African court postponed hearings on Thursday in a culpable homicide case involving former president Jacob Zuma’s son Duduzane until August 23.

Lawyers for Duduzane Zuma said they hoped to agree on a start date once they had studied the state’s evidence. The charges relate to a fatal 2014 car crash in which Duduzane’s sports car smashed into a minibus taxi.

I think when it comes to the Guptas, Zumas, Steinhoff the courts are losing the plot. Are prosecutors so inept that they can’t get sensitive cases to could for lack of preparation or are they just playing fast and loose in a bankrupt judicial system. Why don’t they lock up these people until a court date is decided on then the perpetrators will by this action try and get an early court date

End of comments.
