South African Airways (SAA) aims to resume domestic flights between Johannesburg and Cape Town from mid-June as lockdown restrictions aimed at curbing the spread of the coronavirus ease, spokesman Tlali Tlali said on Tuesday.

However, SAA has decided to extend cancellations of all regional and intercontinental flights until the end of June because of the continuing global impact of the pandemic, Tlali added.

Why? You need to fly the ANC crooks around?

Pampered pooches sitting in Parliament need to fly in style and for free between CT and Jhb – – and taxpayers will pay.

WHy have BRP – if ANC makes all the decisions?

Where are the lawyers to stop this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shouldn’t this loss making white elephant be closed down already?

That guy is as bewildered as to how this turkey keeps on flying when it is clear it is beyond repair and I sure as hell will always boycott such a dump of an airline!

Great! Now I have seen it all! The zombie has arisen and ready to take to the air. The solvent business Comair entered into voluntary business rescue and is struggling to survive, while the long-bankrupt business SAA is alive and well. Goes to shows for how long a taxpayer can keep on resuscitating a dead SOE until the taxpayer dies of exhaustion.

SAA is the example of how a socialist government destroys economically viable companies, that create sustainable job opportunities, to save bankrupt SOEs and their unsustainable jobs. They destroy millions of jobs to save 10. This shows how the gravitational black hole of communism sucks the entire economy over the event horizon, into the darkness and destruction.

SAA’s passengers are government officials forced by their employer to use SAA on government business- SimondsTown naval officers complain bitterly about this when they’re due to do a work trip because they get shunted around by SAA, especially since the start of the year.
It’s time SAA clears the skies so that legitimate airlines like Safair, Kulula, Comair can open and start rebuilding their business with people who fly voluntary, out of choice, with them – like me
SAA has only the Jhb/CT route it still hopes to operate despite being bankrupt. No right minded consumer wants to risk money on such an outfit!

ANC Rules – – and its AFRICA – –

End of comments.
