Indluplace Properties has raised R470 million via a bookbuild; 44,761,904 shares were placed at R10.50 per share.

150,000 additional PropTrax Ten securities were issued on October 20 at an issue price of R20.15 per security. _________________________________________________________________________

Listing of additional NewFunds Govi ETFs  

NewFunds Govi ETF has issued 100,000 additional ETFs at a price of R49.44. After the additional issue, there will be 7,700,000 participatory interests in issue.

100,000 additional DivTrax securities were issued and listed on October 19 at a price of R27.45 per security.

400,000 additional NewGold debentures were issued on October 19 at an issue price of R150 per debenture. After the additional issue, there will be 102,277,939 NewGold debentures in issue, referencing 978,784,648 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.

Companies to list on the JSE

GAIA Infrastructure Capital is set to list on the main board of the JSE in November. The special purpose acquisition company will focus on infrastructure and renewable energy. The listing price is expected to be R10 per share with a target dividend yield of inflation plus 2.5% on NAV.
