South Africa’s Constitutional Court ruled that former President Jacob Zuma must testify to a judicial commission of inquiry into state corruption.
Zuma “does not have the right to remain silent in proceeds of the commission,” Constitutional Court Judge Chris Jafta said in a ruling delivered Thursday in Johannesburg.

This is going to be the test of tests:
Will the Executive Arm of government enforce this judgement of the Judicial Arm against a man who has absolutely zero respect for both the Rule of Law and Constitutional Democracy?

There is a differnce between forcing someone to testify and getting him to actually say anything of substance. He is not going to say anything worthwhile. Prepare yourself for lots of I can’t remember, I don’t know, no one told me, I was in Cuba that week, it was my deputy, I was sick that week, the dog ate my homework.
Dollars to doughnuts: this man will never do time.

After the regulations changed, the criminals saw that the evidence they provide is being used against them.
Since then they are not going to provide any evidence and it has become an exercise in futility.
Calling Zuma will provide no evidence except political theatre, showing up the NDZ faction in the big power struggle.
The Zondo Commission has wasted enough money already.
