Nature of business
The primary business of Indluplace is focused on owning a substantial residential property portfolio from which it pays increasing dividends to its shareholders. The company owns a portfolio of 167 residential properties which comprise 9 917 residential units and 20 538 m2 GLA of associated retail space together valued at R4.2 billion located in Gauteng, Free State, Mpumalanga and KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa.
